الماس إمبكس لديه قسم خاص لمدة 100 ٪ القطن و النسيج المخلوطة الصفات في مختلف مزيج . قوتها الأساسية هي القدرة على توفير ما يقرب من جميع الصفات من نسيج القطن . مجموعة متاح في 100 ٪ القطن و القطن / البوليستر يمزج ، في جامدة وكذلك في امتداد و مختلف التصاميم الفاخرة و سلوب .

أصناف

وتشمل العناصر الأكثر شعبية الصفات الدقيقة في 30S ، 40S ، 50S ، 60S ، 80S الخ في الصفات وزن واحد واثنين من طبقات والسفلية في 6S ، 7S ، 10S ، 12S ، 14S ، 16S ، 20S ، 30S و تهم اخرى في واحد واثنين من تبحر كما طالب من قبل العملاء .
هي الصفات متوفرة في ينسج مختلفة مثل سهل ، الحفر، قماش متين ، ومات ، والحرير، دوبي ، الخ
يمكن توفيره الصفات النسيج في الاعراض، في 58 ” ، 61 ” ، و 63 ” للنسيج والملابس .

We bring a large range of Processed Bottom Weight fabric qualities to you, keeping in mind the requirement of contemporary formal, casual and smart casual trousers in seasonal fashion. Diamond Impex has own and dedicated quality assurance teams at the manufacturing units to oversee the progress of orders. There are 4 major product categories.

100% Cotton Piece Dyed

Offered as Coloured as well as Bleached and Dyed fabric in roll form, processed in the most modern machinery to give the closest matching, lustre, fluidity and consistent quality parameters, the items are made to help maximum A-Grade finished apparels at QC inspection and minimal wastage and rejection. The standard finished cuttable width is 58″/61”/63”. Stretch qualities are also available against orders.
With major counts ranging from 6s to 30s in single and up to 50s two-ply yarn, the qualities are woven in all popular weaves like Canvas, Tussore, Gabardine, Drills, Satins, Rip-Stop etc. in the latest air jet, sulzer and rapier looms. The merchandise pass through stringent grey inspection, processing and multi-level quality assurance checks at various stages to match the standard, colour, feel and other parameters required by the customers. Use of quality raw material and process control minimize the chances of variation.

Lab dips, sample yardage etc. are done under expert supervision as a part of customer service.
The fabric qualities are available in normal as well as in most of the special finishes.
